MartinaMeet is for respectful adult social discovery, genuine conversation, and intentional meetings.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old. Minors may not create accounts, appear in profiles, or use MartinaMeet communications.
Prohibited platform use
MartinaMeet prohibits:
- Prostitution, escort services, paid sexual services, compensated sexual activity, sexual solicitation, human trafficking, exploitation, and coercion.
- Harassment, threats, coercion, stalking, hate, or abuse.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, deceptive identity claims, and commercial recruitment.
- Illegal activity or content involving minors.
- Requests for passwords, authentication codes, banking credentials, payment-card information, or account access.
Sexual services / commercial sexual activity
Do not offer, request, arrange, facilitate, or negotiate sexual services or sexual activity in exchange for money, gifts, Credits, courtesy gestures, or anything else of value. Escort-service or prostitution solicitation, trafficking, exploitation, coercion, and attempts to use MartinaMeet as an intermediary for commercial sexual activity are prohibited.
Do not use gifts or Credits to pressure someone for sexual or physical contact. A courtesy gesture never creates sexual or physical entitlement. See the full policy.
Invitations and courtesy gestures
An invitation expresses interest in meeting. A courtesy gesture applies only if an in-person social meeting takes place and is handled directly between participants outside MartinaMeet. If the meeting does not take place, no courtesy gesture is due under MartinaMeet's courtesy-gesture concept.
A courtesy gesture never purchases or guarantees sex, intimacy, physical contact, affection, continued communication, a relationship, access to a private place, or a future meeting. Consent must always be freely given, specific, mutual, and capable of being withdrawn.
Respect privacy and boundaries
Use accurate profile information, share only content you have the right to share, accept rejection gracefully, and stop communicating when asked. Block and report concerning behavior.
