These terms establish the current MartinaMeet service foundation for adult, respectful social discovery.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account and profile information. Keep your credentials private and use only your own account.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. You may not use MartinaMeet to buy or sell sexual services, solicit prostitution, advertise escort services, facilitate commercial sexual activity, condition a courtesy gesture on sexual activity, negotiate sexual activity in exchange for money, gifts, Credits, courtesy gestures, or anything else of value, or pressure another member for physical or sexual contact because a courtesy gesture was proposed or provided.
Other prohibited conduct includes trafficking, exploitation, coercion, harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, minors, illegal activity, commercial recruitment, and requests for passwords or financial credentials.
Discovery, invitations, courtesy gestures, and consent
Profiles, signals, and verification badges provide limited context only. They are not guarantees. A courtesy gesture applies only in connection with an actual in-person social meeting and is handled directly between participants outside MartinaMeet. MartinaMeet does not collect, process, guarantee, enforce, recover, or settle courtesy gestures.
If the meeting does not take place, no courtesy gesture is due under the MartinaMeet courtesy-gesture concept. No courtesy gesture creates sexual, physical, romantic, continued-communication, private-place, or future-meeting entitlement. Consent is always separate, specific, mutual, freely given, and revocable.
MartinaMeet is not responsible for collecting, enforcing, recovering, or settling courtesy gestures between members. Read the No Sexual Services or Escorting policy.
Moderation
MartinaMeet may review reports and restrict, suspend, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce platform rules or protect the service. Blocking and reporting tools do not mean every profile or allegation has been independently verified.
User responsibility
You remain responsible for your communications, disclosures, decisions, and in-person meetings. Review the User Responsibility Notice before meeting another member.
