Courtesy gestures
Courtesy gestures discussed through MartinaMeet are associated only with an actual in-person social meeting.
MartinaMeet does not collect, process, hold, escrow, transfer, pay, guarantee, recover, or enforce courtesy gestures between members.
If an agreed meeting does not take place, no courtesy gesture is due under the MartinaMeet courtesy-gesture concept.
If two adults voluntarily meet in person, any agreed courtesy gesture is handled directly between the participants outside MartinaMeet's payment systems and subject to applicable law.
No personal or sexual entitlement
A courtesy gesture is never payment for sexual activity, intimacy, physical contact, affection, sexual companionship, or any other sexual service.
No invitation, courtesy gesture, MartinaMeet Credit, gift, payment, or other benefit creates any right or entitlement to sexual activity, physical contact, affection, continued communication, a relationship, access to a private residence or hotel room, or any other personal or sexual interaction.
Every participant remains free to accept, decline, leave, or end a meeting or communication at any time. Consent and personal boundaries remain independent of any courtesy gesture.
Strictly prohibited use
MartinaMeet strictly prohibits using the platform to advertise, request, offer, arrange, solicit, facilitate, or negotiate prostitution, escort services, sexual services, or sexual activity in exchange for money, gifts, Credits, courtesy gestures, or anything else of value.
Members must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. MartinaMeet may remove content, restrict accounts, suspend members, or take other appropriate action when the platform is used for prohibited or unlawful activity.

MartinaMeet does not guarantee the conduct, intentions, legality, or safety of any member. Members remain responsible for exercising judgment, respecting consent and boundaries, meeting safely, and complying with applicable law.
