MartinaMeet is designed to limit public exposure and show member information only through authorized product experiences.
Information used by MartinaMeet
We process account information, profile details you choose to provide, normalized city/region/country, discovery preferences, private processed photos, Connection Snapshot answers, blocks, reports, and service-security records.
How information is used
Information supports authentication, profile persistence, eligible-member discovery, private media delivery, moderation, fraud prevention, service operation, and enforcement of platform rules.
Google Sign-In
If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, and basic profile information such as your name and profile-picture URL. We request only OpenID, email, and basic profile permissions, not access to Gmail messages, Drive files, Calendar, or Contacts. We do not receive your Google password.
We use this data only to create or identify your account, authenticate you, maintain account access, and support related account linking, security, and onboarding. Google identity information and basic profile metadata are stored in our authentication records with Supabase, our authentication and database provider; session data is also stored in your browser to keep you signed in. Service providers process this information on our behalf to operate these functions. We do not sell Google user data or share it with advertisers.
Your Google profile photo is not automatically imported or used as your MartinaMeet member photo, even if its URL is present in authentication metadata. You choose your MartinaMeet display name and upload your member photos through our secure photo-processing flow. Google Sign-In does not complete your profile or bypass policy acceptance or onboarding requirements.
To request deletion of your MartinaMeet account and associated Google data, contact support@martinameet.com. We may need to verify your account ownership. The retention exceptions described under Your choices below also apply. Removing MartinaMeet access in your Google Account stops that connection but does not itself delete data already stored by MartinaMeet.
Profile visibility
Email, authentication identifiers, internal role, account status, exact coordinates, and security fields are not public profile fields. Eligible signed-in members receive only the permitted profile representation. Verification badges reveal only the specific completed process.
Private media and security
Authoritative profile media is stored privately and delivered through authorization checks. Raw storage credentials and unrestricted object paths are not exposed to members.
Your choices
You can keep your profile private, disable Discovery, change optional profile details, remove your profile photo, block members, and submit reports. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, moderation, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
